1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received.

    • In the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  • Returns are accepted for:

    • Defective or damaged items.

    • Incorrect products shipped.

    • Unopened and unused products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any item that has been installed, modified, or used (e.g., motors, ESCs connected and powered).

  • Products damaged by improper handling, installation, or misuse.

  • Clearance or discounted items marked final sale.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping unless:

  • The product is defective, or

  • We shipped the wrong item.

5. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no additional cost.
