  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • United States: 3–7 business days.

    • International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs inspections.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Maxynos is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged:

    1. Please take photos of the packaging and damaged items.

    2. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee successful delivery.
